Did we learn more Qur’an, it rules of tajweed and how many times we completed its recitation? Did we learn more ahadith, its isnad and who authenticated it? Did we do more salah like tahajjud, tasbih and awwabin? Did we do all our fard prayers in jamaah? Did we fast on the recommended days like every Mondays and Thursdays? Did we spend time with our young & old and remind them of their deen? Did we give due rights to our parents, wife, neighbour, family, business partner, teacher, student, children? Did we give dawah to non-Muslims and help our non-practicing brother/sisters to practice their deen? How many times did we visit the sick? Did we learn more Arabic? How many Islamic books have we completed reading? Did we memories more dua? Did we comprehend a new fiqhi principle? Did we give extra sadaqah? How much did we do for our Ummah? etc
A good way to remember our actions in the last 12 months is by reminding ourselves of what happened, thereby reminding us of what we learnt & did:
